On behalf of the Town Creek Neighborhood Association Board of Directors and all the homeowners of Town Creek at Cedar Grove, we welcome you to our community. We look forward to meeting you, whether it be while taking a stroll, enjoying the community amenities, or attending a community social.
The operation of Town Creek Neighborhood Association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. Our Board members are elected on a staggered basis by the community. Elections are held at the annual homeowners meeting in March. Please take the time to read through the Declaration - Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions (CCR) and Bylaws you received during the home purchase process. A copy may also be found in the documents section of this website.
By purchasing your new home in Town Creek at Cedar Grove, you automatically become a member of the Town Creek Neighborhood Association. We would like for your experience here to be positive and an enjoyable one. As a community of 150 homes, we work diligently to preserve its desirability and provide a family friendly environment for all residents. As a new homeowner, you may already have some ideas on how you’d like to improve the exterior of your property. Please keep in mind, the Association has an Architectural Control Committee to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. If work is started without prior approval, the homeowner may be subject to fines and/or required to alter or remove the improvements. Community inspections are typically conducted around the 2nd week of each month.

Our portal provides access to useful information, including monthly financial reports, homeowner account status, annual budget, and calendar of events.
